My company is looking to expand to Central and South America.  Does anyone have any tips, advice or an actual playbook on what you have done in respect to the following?
-  Searching for Qualified Candidates - How to.....agency vs adverts.....how to find good agencies....
-  Paying those hired - payed from US or Local......obtaining current market data for salaries
-  Benefits for those hired - obtaining current market data on what other US companies are doing and/or what is normally provided.
-  Visa/work permit - Site for more information - types, time to obtain, costs etc.

My advice is ............ hire an expert/consultant and use local legal counsel before you take action.
