Mercer has a salary survey specifically for call centers. Also, Watson Wyatt has a few jobs in their survey.

Good luck

Pam,
Try "Call Center Solutions Magazine" --http://www.ccsmag.com/ccs -- They've got to have surveys or articles containing the info you need.

Also call up "The Call Center Directory" - Internet Links - Call Center Internet Links; Societies/Organizations; American Telemarketing Association; Consumer Information Organization; Direct Marketing Association; FCC; National Call Center Information Page; among others.. --http://www.prefsolutions.com/html/links.htm

The Direct Marketing Association (DMA) may keep some data also; and I've had some good luck with the State's Dept of Labor and the local Trade Associations that survey jobs and salaries.

Good luck. I run up against staffing callcenters on a consistant basis.

Daily Q&A

How to Address Flagging Motivation?

How do I increase motivation levels in the department? How do I brand my business unit as an attractive place to work? I have top-notch IT professionals in my business unit who feel they are "children of a lesser God" because they are non-billable resources and do not get plum postings abroad, nor the glamour that goes with them. As a result, their motivation suffers.
