Pam,
Try "Call Center Solutions Magazine" --http://www.ccsmag.com/ccs -- They've got to have surveys or articles containing the info you need. Also call up "The Call Center Directory" - Internet Links - Call Center Internet Links; Societies/Organizations; American Telemarketing Association; Consumer Information Organization; Direct Marketing Association; FCC; National Call Center Information Page; among others.. --http://www.prefsolutions.com/html/links.htm The Direct Marketing Association (DMA) may keep some data also; and I've had some good luck with the State's Dept of Labor and the local Trade Associations that survey jobs and salaries. Good luck. I run up against staffing callcenters on a consistant basis. |
