Does anyone have a source that briefly outlines (or in detail) % of employees who have left a firm and were replaced?

If this is broken down by company size then great. This would be used for comparative purposes with our organization so if I could get big named firms then great.

We have been collecting statistics for the last 3 months. Now we have posted the results which is a listing of turnover rates by industry.

If you go to "cool stuff" at www.infomart-usa.com. There is a calculator with a connection to the statistics.
