A few good sources are the American Management Association, the Society for Human Resource Management and the Council on Education in Management. All do training nation wide and I know Atlanta is one of the areas regularly on their schedules. They all have web sites. Unfortunately I do not have the addresses readily handy but they should be easy to find.

I recently read a book that caused a paradigm shift in my approach to recruiting. I think this method is wonderful, and it can be used for all positions.

The book is called "Hire with Your Head, A Rational Way to Make a Gut Decision". It is by Lou Adler, and I know his group does training sessions on his method. He has been a headhunter for about 25 years.
