We are a company whose head office is in Canada and I am constantly coming across new things. The latest is the section 125 program. From what I understand this is where pre-tax dollars can be used for medical,dental, or daycare. Could someone tell me the process of setting this up, the difficulties and if there is anything else that can be bought with pre-tax dollars. |

Rather than post a huge response, your health insurance carrier can help you, and can furnish the forms necessary. Even if you are self-insured, if you have a TPA, they can direct you. Retirement plans can be deducted pre-tax, but they are tax-deferred, and not un-taxed. |
