Outsourcing Payroll?!?!!?

I am looking for any info. on outsourcing payroll. I am currently looking for more info. We are already utilizing Ceridian, but am unsure if there is more that can be done for us, by them or anyother company! Any insight would be helpful! Thanks!

This can really be a blessing. You might try a couple of the "nationally" recognized agencies, ADP, Paychex, or Checks & Balances. Give each of them a specific list of exactly what services your company is looking for so that you will have an "apples to apples" comparison to review.

If you are already outsourcing this employee administrative function, and given the multiple levels of Ceridians service, this oursourced module comes with many tie-ins to the Benefit Mngmt arena....then what is your real need? Does it actually flow over into employee-facing issues or the ability to put more administrative tasks under one umbrella? Help us understand what the need behind the need really is!
