Dear fellow colleagues,
I am conducting a training session for a health care organization on Delegating & Supervising. My audience is middle and first time managers that desperately need to interact with each other. Does anyone have a case study on either topic to use to elicit some small group participation? Help!!! The audience is asking for more "group" work in the training sessions.
