Need to establish an overtime policy for sales office employees in UK, Germany and Norway. Is there a "one stop" source that could provide me with this type of information..

Having worked for a company that was initially owned by the British, then by Norweigans, I'm not sure you'll be able to combine the three countries. I would certainly ask managers in each facility what their labor laws are.
I would also look at the international internet sites to query there for information. My dealings with Norway was that they tend to disregard the age discrimination guidelines and look for a young workforce. Our UK office in London worked their hours around the train schedules and didn't start work until 9 but left by 4:30 - 5:00 to catch the trains home so overtime wasn't much of a problem.

Thanks for your response.
I know I have to deal with each country individually but was looking for a source for the information. Do you know of a particular Int'l website for this kind of information.
Thanks again
