Hey guys,
Employee rewards is a complicated fields where differences in personality as well as equity play a role. You need to know what every person values, and then create a reward scheme where everyone feels that they are getting rewarded in accordance to their efforts. There's another thing; do you reward efforts, or results? Someone with luck can get the bonus while someone who's been working his ass off, nothing. That sucks! On the whole, I would be very careful with employee reward schemes. They're expensive and have just as much chance as backfiring as creating more motivation. There are other things you can do to get people motivated and your productivity rising. Two processes I personally identified are growth, and contribution. To explain them in detail would take me too long so you can check out more information about it here: http://www.yourcoach.be/en/employee-motivation-ebook/ |
