I would be careful with Kronos - if you do go that way, make sure you get EVERY service agreement/guarantee in writing. ADP eTime uses the same software and has much better service. In Response to Timekeeping Software (Simple): Have you considered Kronos? This is a system that works with your payroll system and allows employees to swipe a card to punch in/out. If you have shift differentials, or other pay practices, you can plug those into the system and it will calculate out for you. Posted by tulipgirl |

In Response to Re: Timekeeping Software (Simple): Does your payroll company have any suggestions on TKS? You want to find one that can interact well with whatever payroll system you are using. Not all will interact well. The last thing you will want to do is to have to write (or pay to have written) a special interface. And that could save the step of having to manually enter time into the payroll system. If you are going to change processes, you might as well consider making the process easier.
