I am an MBA student, and working on my dissertation. The title of my dissertation is “The relation between Total Reward Management, Corporate Strategy, and Competitive Advantage during Times of an Economic Downturn”. The focal point of the research is to investigate if TRM can make a difference as a strategic tool. This survey is a very important part of the research, and only persons with experience in this field of corporate or competitive strategy, and/or total reward management are the best placed to perform a survey that will produce reliable and good information.
