I am wondering if any theory or book introducing about the lifecircle of a employee in one company.

We are trying to establish a talent pool. At each step of the lifecircle, every HR function, like recruitment, talent management,PA and C&B, will take different ways to measure, recruit and develop the right candidate. We aim to make sure every employee can produce maximum value to the company through the program.

As employee lifecircle is the base of the program, any advice on this area?

thanks and best regards

You might look at the book Executive Compensation by Bruce Ellig. I know that he discusses in detail C&B for executives based on the life cycle of the company and what stage it is in. I would think that you could apply some of the same principles at the employee level -- at least for C&B.
