Your question is incredibly vague.
Aside from specifics for the positions like you suggest I would place organizational core competencies, core values and perhaps something that drives the achievement future performance and improvement goals. |

What does the hotel management feel are the important things to measure and evaluate? Is it attendance? Is it customer service? Is it cleanliness? Appearance?
Start by asking your organizations managers what's important to them. |
