Several years back, at a previous job, I was able to locate a user guide on the IEX system in a WFM forum. I just started this job and they use the AVAYA system. No person here has training on AVAYA so I am having to self teach myelf. |

Our IT guy has been talking to AVAYA about buying a new phone system and he suggests that you contact them directly. He said there are some manuals online at their website too. But we don't have any manuals yet.
Another idea is to check ebay -- there are often manuals for different systems out there for sale. Hope you find it! |
