We have quotes for background checks from two companies: Choicepoint and Accusource. Does anyone have any insight? I lean toward Choicepoint because I have heard of them, unlike Accusource.

We have quotes for background checks from two companies: Choicepoint and Accusource. Does anyone have any insight? I lean toward Choicepoint because I have heard of them, unlike Accusource.

I work for a very large company of over 300,000 employees, and we have used Choicepoint for years and years. They are responsive, helpful, and best of all you can actually talk to a real person if you are having challenges. They face the same problems that I imagine other background companies face, namely that in small communities checks still need to be conducted by hand, and if you are planning to do a big hiring push, you may want to let them know ahead of time so they can prepare for the increased volume. |
