Requesting survey participants: are you in a hiring position for your workplace?

My name is Jill Fitzsimmons and I am currently a senior at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. I am working on my senior research project, studying employer perspectives on liberal arts graduates. I am gathering data through a brief survey to be analyzed as a part of the project. If you are in a hiring position for your place of employment, your anonymous participation in my survey would greatly aid in my research.

If you are not in a hiring position, but know people who are, please forward the link to them. I am trying to expand my survey population and gather as many responses as possible. Please follow the link below to the survey (or copy and paste it into your browser).

Please note that the "Welcome" page of the survey says that the survey will take 10-15 minutes to complete, but realistically it will only take about 5 minutes to finish.
