Hi there

Starting as of tomorrow I have a technically trained field staff member starting with me on light duties in the office.

Generally I would issue the basic mail duties and simple data entry tasks etc, however the return to work plan may be of a slightly longer duration, all well and good, but these repetitve tasks could really challenge motivation.

Im looking for suggestions of tasks that may perhaps be a little more meaningful and engage this staff member for a longer period of time.

Im thinking along the lines of a special project of some sort, it does not have to be essential to business needs, but appropriate and give my crew member something to do that will make him feel like his Return to work arrangement has been considered important.

From my understanding he has reasonable knowledge of microsoft office.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

It would be helpful to know what kind of work your company does. Or what kind of job activities have been modified.

As for special projects, are there any documents that need to be electronically filed? I know that is something we always have need of. Or even databases of information setup. But you do need to consider possible confidentiality issues.

I know others who have setup some type of project that benefits a charity in the area. Basically donating his time to another organization...possibly making phone calls for them etc. I would make sure to pick a charity that both the company and he can support. Or even check with your local schools to see if they could use a volunteer for a little while.

Research projects are always good. It's been my experience that there's always something that would fall into the "really nice to be able to know but I don't have time to research it" category. If the person can navigate the internet, doing research and writing a report would be a good tasking.

This is what the scammers expect, the check will NY escort only bounce about 3 weeks to a month later at which point your bank will take back the money leaving you short of the shipping money. The best way of avoiding NY escorts this fraud is not to sell your vehicle to someone who wants to pay the shipper.I hope all this hasn't scared you away from the Internet, If you NY asian escort are sensible and wary about offers that seem too good to be true then you should be Ok, just apply the same commonsense you use in everyday life, after all if a stranger walked up to you in the street and said "Hi I am NY asian escorts from your bank what's your credit card number and PIN"

I agree with Nork on this one. There seems to always be another layer of the onion to peel, however there is never anyone with enough knowledge or PC skills to relentlessly pursue the information to a meaningful conclusion.

I always want to try and tie various controllable business costs to revenues and find out the key data points that can lead to refining the business plan and improving revenue cycles.

For example, just in time inventory analysis can be very beneficial for improving cash flow vs inventory turnover. Knowing your business would lead one to the kinds of analysis that would be appropriate.

How about having the employee write a blog or two on his or her area of expertise. Or some other kind of marketing task.
