As a Human Resources "Professional" whose training has been on-the-job from day one, I have been grateful on many more than one occaision for the bits of information I pick up on these Workforce forums. Over the years, reading various posts here and there, I have been alerted to revisit certain policies or practices and clean up, create, and/or dump as needed.

Thanks to all, especially those regular contributors.

As an HR Dept of one, wholeheartedly agree with sbnonprof. Forums such as these are invaluable. The candid feedback and discussions are an excellent source of information. The 'lively' interchanges provide input from another HR person. Thanks!!
