It is time for my own annual review and I swear I am just brain dead! We are a small company (20 employees) and I have been in this position for 13 years. My responsibilities have not changed much over the past, oh probably 4-5 years but here I am attempting to complete my self-assessment and I can't come up with anything that I haven't stated in the past.
Has anyone else run into this? I honestly do not feel like I am in a rut but I need to toot my horn a little and I am totally blank! Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Talk about accomplishments. Using quantifiable factors such as time (completed on time/before time), quantity, quality and costs (as in under budget or below estimates or savings) is always good.
