Hi All,
Wondering if anyone has an example of an M&A Integration template or tools around the HR component of M&As?

I'm in the process of getting this set up for my company and haven't been through an acquisition before so I'm not sure if I'm missing HR costs that we should be watching out for in our integration plan.

This is a very big area frought with risks. There is no simple template that can provide you with all of the items that need to be reviewed.

I've been engaged in M&A work for better that 17 years and well over 100 actions. I agree with Howard.
