We recently implemented an Employee of the Month and Top Yearly Performers program where we recognize our top talent with crystal awards. We had an exceptional experience with Crystal Art USA. They provided gorgeous crystal awards for our award project and everyone was most pleased with the service and the products. We would most definitely recommend them.
The awards are very well received by our employees, people display them at prominent spots : their desks, cubical shelves and it provides pride and a sense of belonging.

Nothing you do will ever replace taking some time out of a busy day to say thank you and acknowledge a person's effort.

Daily Q&A

How to Address Flagging Motivation?

How do I increase motivation levels in the department? How do I brand my business unit as an attractive place to work? I have top-notch IT professionals in my business unit who feel they are "children of a lesser God" because they are non-billable resources and do not get plum postings abroad, nor the glamour that goes with them. As a result, their motivation suffers.
