Where is there a safe site for Account Managers/Recruiters to post their resume?

Hello everyone,

I have 13 years of experience with full life cycle recruiting in IT and Health Care. I am looking for a site to post my resume other than Career Builder or Monster or Absolutely Healthcare because my employer has subscriptions to all of these.

I would like to find a position recruiting for one organization instead of for an agency. This would be a great move for me and my skill set.

Can anyone give me any ideas on where I can post my resume? Thank you so very much for your help!

Rather than post your resume, why don't you just respond to job postings? You'll know where it's going by doing it that way, and the results will be a lot better than simply posting and waiting for someone to call you.

If you must post, then perhaps go to recruiter specific sites. ere.net would be one that comes to mind; local SHRM chapter sites would also work.

And do some research. Find out which companies hire recruiters in your field and periodically check their websites.

Simply posting your resume in an economy like this isn't enough.

That's what I would do, posting your resume doesn't work in a good economy either.

I would establish a network using social media sites such as LinkedIn (which I have by the way).

Networking is THE WAY to career success.

It functions as an aggregator for recruiters and often has positions that might work for you.

There is nowhere "safe" to post your resume. By posting, you are hoping someone hiring in your line of work will see it. But you don't want the people you work with, to see it. Those two work objectives are in opposition to each other.

Once you post information -- you lose control over what happens to it.
