Does anyone have a performance review template that they are willing to share? The prior template that I inherited is extremely complex and I'm looking for ideas to help establish a more user friendly form for hiring managers.

Such an incredibly broad topic since there's so many different types of performance review systems.

Perhaps you might want to be more specific about the type of program you have in place, what your program measures and what the objective/s of the performance program is/are.

I don't know if HR at MIT still has theirs online, but I based mine off of their templates.

Those are good templates, thanks rrupert!

The only thing I would add is to include questions that rate competancies that link to your strategic goals along with these kinds of core or global expectations. Using specific competancies can help you identify skill gaps across a work unit.
