I am bouncing on an excercise ball eating cheesecake, wearing flip-flops and smoking a cigar, might as well have the best of all worlds. The only danger I'm in is that someone may have me committed.

not a problem, I like to mix it up. Somehow beer and life in HR go together. But I never drink and bounce, now that would be dangerous!

Isn't that the way it goes? We spend years educating ourselves and when we go into practice, we find ourselves faced with issues like flip flops, employees bouncing around on balls, the importance of wearing underwear to work - if we don't laugh we will cry!
