I am looking for benchmarking reports in regards to turnover for the retail industry.  I would specifically like industry average turnover.  It would be ideal to have the following:

  • Industry average turnover by level (VP, Director, Individual Contributor, etc.)
  • Industry average turnover for sub-populations (Store associates, HO office associates, DC associates, Merchants, Loss Prevention, Finance, HR, etc.)

Please share your experience with this type of reporting / data.

First, benchmarking data is normally by industry. What is your retail industry?

Second this material is expensive to obtain so there normally are fees involved.
