Posted by lynncurtis Before you spend a lot of time revamping your attendance policies, make sure management has the will to enforce them. Nothing is more of a time sponge than all the effort it takes to research, review and rewrite policies that will effectively be ignored. Ask around in casual conversation to get the real scoop and not the official line. Good Luck. |

We (Disability Management Employer Coalition) have many white papers on best practices in disability and absence, as well as hundreds of members to network with who are in similar situations.
