If it is not work related, it shouldn't be on the floor. It's the same issue with employees using too much of facebook, but, of course with that the solution is easier, you just add some kind of barracuda filter. with cellphones, in our company, they requested employees to be responsible with it at first, there are those who are really not responsible with it so they reinforced by requesting them to place their gadgets in the locker, leave them there. there is a cellphone and a landline available for the employees to use and to contact them in cases of emergency. |
