An award-winning television production company is searching for employees who are at their wit’s end, either because of office disorganization, a challenging boss, or a dysfunctional work environment. If your office life is in need of help, we want to hear from you!

So what exactly are you guys going to do? I mean are you going to offer them jobs or are you going to offer their office some kind of activities or recreation or changes in the system or the office design? |

None of the above. It's for a TV pilot, so they were no doubt looking for workplace horror stories they can use for some "reality TV" nonsense. Which is why no one here responded to this post. |

And I suspect that they will have a hard time getting anyone who is not an out of work actor/actress to step up. Smart people realize this is career suicide. |

^well, I suppose specially if people don't know what it is exactly. all honestly, it got me to look on it because of the word TV. lol. I guess some people like me still think about being seen in tv. lol.... not the "are you dreadful going to work" sort of part of it. |
