Can anyone recommend FMLA software?  I'd prefer software that doesn't require regular updates to minimize cost. Currently i'm using an Excel spreadsheet.

Honestly, I use an excel spreadsheet that I created since there are so many variables that are dependent on each specific employee.  But we are a small group of companies and I very rarely have employees out on FMLA since many are part-time and don't meet the 1250 hours standard.

at the time I looked, there weren't that many out there and most were expensive for my amount of usage.

and whatever you find will probably need updates, just for the fact that there seem to be alot of revisions to regulations these days (especially for the miitary part)
