AA Compliance Training for HR Professionals

I am new to my role and one of my responsibilities is managing the company's affirmative action program.  We are required to comply with EO 11246.  The company has an AA plan in place, but it is looking like there is work needed around the execution of the plan.  I am pretty new to working with AA directly, so I am wanting to find a good seminar or other resource to help me get up to speed.  Any good ones out there you can recommend?
