We are a Fortune 500 US Corporation and sponsor about 100 Immigrant Visa employees at our various locations in the U.S. at any given time.  I am working to prepare a policy or SOP for our use at all locations that outlines the process for Immigrant Visa sponsorship to ensure we are consistent at all locations.  Does anyone know where I can see a sample policy for this?

I would suggest that this is a very technical/tricky area that needs expertise. You should centralize this responsibility at your US headquarters. The risks of doing this incorrectly are high and are easy for the untrained HR person to mess up.

Agree with Howard. I would not want each location dealing with these issues and the knowledge needed. You would be better bringing it to the main location and having an HR employee or two who have primary responsibility.  Then it would be consistent and controllable.
