Discuss employment-law issues such as family leave, overtime, disabilities law, harassment, immigration and termination.
2 of my 30+ employees are exempt (set salary). Everybody is assigned a shift which they have to be present for. Would it be under the fair practices to have different policies for non-exempt employees
