Hi,

we are an organization that has various program offices. Do we need to post a separate Osha 300A summary log specific to the program in each program or shoudl we post the log that summaries the incidences of all program in each program. Also how long do we have to post the notice. any h elp would be appreciate. thank you

We have 2 facilities. The way we do the OSHA log is each facility has their own log since they are different "establishments" and have different risk factors.

In February, each establishment posts their own summary.
