Hello,

I'm hoping to get some feedback from people working in HR. My company, Messaging Architects, develops email security solutions for businesses.

We are thinking of creating an online forum where people (including people working in HR) can discuss any questions or issues they have about email compliance. For instance, if an employee is terminated, when should you delete their email account, etc.

Would a site like this interest you? If so, what types of topics about email compliance are on your mind?

Your feedback is much appreciated!

Jane

Not here either. I think most companies have already addressed email and documentation issues long ago. Those that haven't are way behind the times.

Daily Q&A

How to Address Flagging Motivation?

How do I increase motivation levels in the department? How do I brand my business unit as an attractive place to work? I have top-notch IT professionals in my business unit who feel they are "children of a lesser God" because they are non-billable resources and do not get plum postings abroad, nor the glamour that goes with them. As a result, their motivation suffers.
