Our company has different program offices in different site/cities. For the purposes of preparing/posting the Osha log 300A form, I understand that each site should have site-specific 300A forms. Does anyone know if the following info on the form should also be site specific - "Annual average employees" and the "Total hours worked by all employee" info. OR can that be the info for the whole organization.

Daily Q&A
How to Address Flagging Motivation?
How do I increase motivation levels in the department? How do I brand my business unit as an attractive place to work? I have top-notch IT professionals in my business unit who feel they are "children of a lesser God" because they are non-billable resources and do not get plum postings abroad, nor the glamour that goes with them. As a result, their motivation suffers.
