hrbth - yes we do have Admin staff and we do pay them OT per FLSA guidelines.

Howard's comment is correct, our practice is to pay OT to other exempt staff when it is project/client related work.

It may be a common practice in the US, but it isn't in Canada. It also isn't legally required, in either country.
