  Worked for USFOODS from03/01/2002 thur 09/23/2012. Was under FMLA for seizures. Even though i had this

 medical issue, company allowed me to work in a warehouse position for 4 years, untill they changed my 

 postion back to customer service where i began starting with company. After returning to customer service

   had seizure and was released with no warning or write ups for performance issues.

That said, have you filled out all the paperwork for FMAL and each year done the recertification of need?  Have you worked enough hours in the past year (1250) to be currently eligible?
