As a 9+ year independent generalist professional & executive search partner, it's important to me to establish and maintain long-term client relationships, and therefore I represent a select national clientbase. When targeting new potential clients, I always ask the question of what characteristics are most important to you in a search partner? Most of the time, I don't get an answer or a response of "I'm not really sure." So I thought I would put the question out to the HR experts on this forum. What characteristics are most important to you in a search partner who represents your organization in the marketplace? I would welcome your insight. Kelly Persichetti, www.pgroup.net |
