A new CEO came 6 months ago.
All the meployees come to tell me that is not competent.
Furthermore, a crisis begin in the company (wages, compensation, training..).
I told that to the CEO but he doesn't want to believ me that the employees are angry and that we have to do something.
What i Have to do?

Maybe you can suggest running an employee opinion survey? It doesn't have to be a big deal, especially if you're in a small company.

 

The goal isn't to show the CEO that people don't like him, but rather to facilitate opening up the communication channels.
