Is it difficult to find an entry-level position? Will my education and experience be helpful in finding a job? What are the most interesting positions? Are there many jobs in those specialities?

Thank you

It is difficult to get an entry level job in HR right now, but maybe the economy will be better 4 years from now, when you get your degree.

I have M.sc in Human resources Development and have experience based on projects but I am quite sure that it shouldn't be a problem in getting an entry level position. Though, I am facing a problem in finding a n entry level job for my self, but I am quite sure comopanies need Human Resources Professionals

Daily Q&A

How Do We Keep Our Best During Upheaval?

Things are getting scary for us. We recently had to downsize, and since then have lost some of our best people to other jobs. Aside from boosting their pay (which isn't feasible now), what practical steps can we take to keep them from quitting on us?
