You can take part in recruitment and selection proces for the finantional department, which have everyone organization.
Also you can take part in Planning Human resources in the organizations, because you can understand the financial rezults.
Whit your knowledges in Finance you can make analizis and prognosis in the human resource department, but it depends of your interests.

A background in finance is worthwhile for almost any business management role. In HR, your easiest transition will likely be into compensation which, after all, is usually an organizations largest expense item. Your background will be particularly valuable in executive compensation arrangements involving deferred compensation, supplemental retirement programs etc.
You might find more data at worldatwork.com, formerly the American Compensation Association. You might also want to investigate career opportunities within the compensation consulting field. Watson Wyatt and Towers Perrin Forster would be good starting points as would be Marsh America.

Daily Q&A
How Do We Keep Our Best During Upheaval?
Things are getting scary for us. We recently had to downsize, and since then have lost some of our best people to other jobs. Aside from boosting their pay (which isn't feasible now), what practical steps can we take to keep them from quitting on us?
