Do you have parts of your job you like or are better at then other parts? I do all HR/Payroll functions for our 190 employee company. HR, Benefits, Payroll, Legal, Recruiting, etc. While I enjoy the benefits and payroll side - I have a hard time with employee investigations, terminations, etc. I get nervous and seem to be horrible at doing these things! Sometimes I think I should not be in this position, especially when management is looking to me for the answers and I don't have them!

Who says your are horrible at it?

What does your supervisor tell you?

Sometimes we all need to look for and find the answers and sometimes we can't find the answers.
