You can get a "mini" designation under CEBS by taking either 3 or 4 courses. You can self-study so you can do this as quickly as you want.

sorry - Certified Employee Benefit Specialist. This is pretty recognized in the HR community. Go to www.ifebp.org/cebs to check out the programs available. Click on US Program and to the left you will see a listing of designations. Hope this helps.
