How often do I need to do an Affirmative Action plan for my company? Are there any good articles here on workforce which have addressed the Plan. This is my first time doing it. thx! seaht

If you are required to have an AAP you will need to complete one each year. Is it a requirement that your company have an AAP? If not, I would strongly advise against having one. They are very time intensive in the amount of record keeping, etc.
