Hello, my name is Ray Thompson and I'm a graduate student working on my thesis. My topic is Forced Distribution Systems of Employee Evaluation and I planned on getting data from employees where I work. Unfortunately, it looks like my request to gather this data at work will be denied by upper management, so I'm tweaking the scope of the study a bit.
I need data for my study from as many people as I can get so if you're willing to take about 1 minute of your time, I would greatly appreciate your assistance. THe susrvey is just 10 quick questions and can be found at the following link:
