Did you write your book and/or start providing workshops?

Of course, this problem is only becoming worse.  The Federal Government is one of the worst offenders....even moreso when one looks into the military.

Very interested in an update on your activities.

If so, is there an interest in people attending workshops on recognizing bullying and strategies to help them through the process? I had the misfortune of being a target and am looking at putting together a workshop and also writing a book. I would appreciate your feedback.

How did your thesis turn out?  Would be interested in reading it.

I am currently completing my Master's Thesis on the "Business Impact of Bullying in the Workplace". Part of the process is interviewing individuals that have been recipients of bullying behavior. If you would like to participate in my research please send me an e-mail at roycronk@roadrunner.com

The Problem with bullying is that the person who is bullied often does not talk about it. Especially if the bully is the direct superior. This is a very complicated situation. You can't really seek help from colleagues, as they don't want to get on the bad side of the superior. What can you do in these situations? I am writing an article on this and would be greatful for any input.

^ well yeah, I guess there will be those people who would a lot in their minds like things like how they need that job, how they think they can just go on with the bullying just to keep their job... what people need to know is that there are places and people they can go to if they are indeed being bullied (a lot of places and not just the lawyers directly of course).
