Hi all,
I write a regular column on HR management and would be interested to know if your jobs have changed in the last few years with downsizing etc. and if so, how? I am looking for fresh ideas so that my column will be helpful to readers. (I left HR about a year ago and I know my knowledge is already stale!)
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
