Guess not. What happened? Did you acquire a company and merge?

Cathy

Before anyone could help you we would need to understand:

1. current state (industry, size of company, size of Hr function, current software, breath of Hr responsibilites, decentralized company or centralized, etc.).

2. Estimate/understanding of what is changing. Need details.

3. Where are you operating and where will you be operating?

Actually once you can answer those questions you should be able to determine what is changing and what you need on your own............ If not we can possibly assist.

Darn I thought it was a sign of economic recovery. I have to start reading the dates before I read the actual posts.

Actually it would be great if Workforce purged the old questions off so we aren't responding to posts from years ago... just a thought.

As we all know, the situation of employment graduate is urgent nowadays. Employment becomes a major social issue in our country. More and more people pay great attention to it.
This issue result from two aspects. First many undergraduates are finding jobs. They hope to get a job with high salary and other pensions. So the government and the society face great pressure. More job opportunities are needed to create for them.
On the other hand, there san jose asian escort are many vacancies of jobs in the west. So there comes an imbalance between the supply and demand in the east and the west. Few people want to seek jobs san jose asian escorts in the west. They prefer to live in the major cities, such as Beijing , shanghai and other developped areas.
To solve this issue, it is a san jose escort better choice to encourage people to seek jobs in the west. This also help to develop local economy and offer a brand new chance for graduates.
Last Friday my English teacher told me that one of her friends was looking for an English governess. san jose escorts I asked for her friend?s name and phone number and determined to seize the chance.
I was a little bit nervous when I went to the woman?s house. I was told that the talk between us that day would decide whether I could take the job. However, when the woman, Lucy as she was called, welcomed me into her house, I felt much relaxed. I thought as long as I was sincere and friendly I would perform well. The conversation went on smoothly. She seemed much more interested in my habits and hobbies than how good I was at English. Then it seemed that I did the most talking that day. I told her about my family and school life. Obviously I succeeded and from then on I went to teach her English every weekend.

Daily Q&A

How to Address Flagging Motivation?

How do I increase motivation levels in the department? How do I brand my business unit as an attractive place to work? I have top-notch IT professionals in my business unit who feel they are "children of a lesser God" because they are non-billable resources and do not get plum postings abroad, nor the glamour that goes with them. As a result, their motivation suffers.
