I am trying to find what the current time off practices are for small (25 employee) companies. We are in desperate need of a benefit revamp. Currently our company has:

I am trying to find what the current time off practices are for small (25 employee) companies. We are in desperate need of a benefit revamp. Currently our company has:
6 paid holidays 1 floating holidays 3 hours sick 5 to 10 days vacation depending on what was negotiated when you were hired I would appreciate hearing from any of you about your time off policies. thanks! |

12 days vacation through year 3, then 18. 12 days sick 2 Well days 10 holidays Health Insurance for EE only Life Insurance and AD&D for EE only Wellness program I am working on a retirement matching plan to implement later this year. |

10 days vac after 1 year
15 days vac after 5 years 2 personal days 7 holidays company pays 50% of insurance after 90 days Simple IRA after 1 year w/company matching up to 3% of annual salary |
