Even with a two income family, the price of daycare is outragous. How can a company help with this?

IF you are not large enough to offer on-site care, check with some of the Day Cares in your area. Sometimes they will offer discounts to EEs of companies that have multiple users.

Although you asked this question a while ago, being a newer member of these boards, I just found your post.

I am responding as a employee that utilizes daycare. The one I use is Bright Horizons www.brighthorizons.com - typically these are employer sponsored facilities and some of them are open to the community (like mine is).
I don't know the details of how that all works, but all I can say is that the Bright Horizons facility I have my daughter at is outstanding.
Good luck!
